Unable to download the Digital Copy of my movies because I "Need to upgrade security components of Windows Media Player"
I need some help and Microsoft so far has not been helpful in the slightest. When I buy movies these days, I almost always buy the BD/DVD/Digital Copy option because I like having the movies on my computer. Anyway, the first few I downloaded, I did through
iTunes, but I found I would much prefer the Windows Media format instead. So I tried to download the next one in the Windos Media format and I got the following message;
You must upgrade security components of Windows Media Player so you can play protected files on your computer. To upgrade please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Click
here to get the security upgrade. Step 2: After the upgrade is complete click the "Next" button below.
When I click on that link, it brings me to an upgrade page and tells me to click the 'Upgrade' button. However, the upgrade button is greyed out and doesn't work. I am becoming increasing upset over this. I would really appreciate someone from Microsoft
replying to me and letting me know how I can fix this.

Well, nevermind. I did a google search for 'windows media player 11 security upgrade' and found a different spot on the Microsoft page that had a download that appears to work. Not sure if it's the one that was intended, but it works so I'm...less upset.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now
